As soon as the safari starts , you will explore Crete’s archaeological sites that are hidden in traditional villages , where you will also taste your coffee under a 2,000-year-old plane tree and you will continue visiting a Historical Byzantine Church . After your tour ends ,near by the Church there is traditional café where you will have the opportunity to taste Cretan local products, like Cretan herbs, raki,honey, oregano,etc.After the educating part of the safari is wherethe fun part hits because you will climb to an altitude of 1,200 metres, hopefully, vultures will take your breath away with theirimposing appearance or other animals that leave up high in the  mountains . But for sure after the off road part you will experience the quietness in the isolation of the White Mountains and dance Cretan dances in a fascinating landscape, take memorable photos , and capture the moment and the place for a life. What is better after a part full of adrenaline than the next stop is in Fragkokastelo and swim in the pristine waters of the South Cretan Sea and taste delicious greek dishes cooked by a family that owns a tavern above the beach?
