What are the age limits?
📍Children at the age of two years old or younger are not allowed to participate on the trip. However, parents are responsible to take care of their children and should receive under consideration the risk of the activities.
📍For quad safari the driver has to be 18+ and the child passenger 4+.
(The parents or the guardian are responsible for the kids and their actions during the safari).
What happens if the weather is not the ideal?
📍Usually the trips are not cancelled, as the weather is almost always different in the South of Crete. However, if something goes wrong, the company will inform you accordingly for any rearrangement or refund.
What cars will be used for the tour?
📍The company owns Land Rover Defender 1109seaters, which are the most suitable off-road cars.
📍The company owns Boats with 30hp yamaha engine.
📍 The company owns quads 450cc.
How should I be sure for my pick up details?
📍When you proceed to a reservation, please provide us with a telephone number that is connected to whats app, as the company will contact you via message on the whats app the day before the excursion, about your pickup information.
What is the cancellation policy?
📍24 hours or less before the scheduled Safari no refunds will be provided .
📍48 hours before the scheduled Safari 50% refund of the price will be provided.
📍More than 48hours of the scheduled Safari 100% refund of the total price will be provided.
📍In case our company cancels a tour for any reason, you have the opportunity to set a new date depending on the availability or ask for a refund.
What should I take on Safari?
📍Aside from a camera and an open mind we suggest closed shoes (sneakers), sunscreen, towel, comfortable clothes (especially for the quad safari long sleeve clothes), swimsuit, medications for illness or allergies, hats, if you have your own equipment for snorkeling .
Are there any restrictions to make a reservation?
📍I don’t have any serious injury or health conditions..
📍Neither I nor my passenger is pregnant or have any health issues.
📍I am not under the influence of alcohol, drugs or medication.
📍I will always follow the rules and the tour safety guide without leaving the convoy, without drifting or zigzagging.
📍I don't have acrophobia, which gives me vertigo, and I get dizzy.
📍I dont have impaired vision, such as extreme nearsightedness or farsightedness.
📍I dont have hand tremors while im driving.
What languages are spoken from the tour safety guides during the tours?

Is there any option of a reservation for a private group?
📍For any requirement of a special private reservation for your group, please contact us.
Do you arrange pick up & drop off all over Crete?
📍The transportation from Georgioupoli area is free of charge. From Rethymno, Chania, Kalyves and Almirida, there is an extra charge.
Jeep Safari
Am I going to drive a car at the Jeep Safari tour?
📍No, at the Jeep Safari Tour you will have the opportunity to explore some of the most enchanted places in South Crete with one of our experienced drivers.
Is the lunch included in the price?
📍Yes, the lunch with one drink (soft drink or water) are included in the price.
How many people consist of a group?
📍The groups consist of 7-8 people.
How much time will be spent on the off road?
📍During the tour approximately one and a half hour will be spent on the bumpy off road.
Is there any stop for swimming?
📍When there is sunny weather, you will have one-hour free time at a secluded beach for swimming.
Quad Safari
Is the driving license required?
📍If you want to drive the quad, you should be older than 18 years old and hold a driver’s license. Copies or photos of the license are not accepted. As passenger, you don’t have to provide anything.
Is there any snack included in the price?
📍A snack and a bottle of water during the excursion is included in the price.
Will any staff follow us, or we rent the quad for the day?
📍One of our tour safety guides will accompany you the whole day. It is not possible to rent the vehicles for the day and leave alone. During the excursion, all the quads will have to follow our tour safety guide on the convoy.
Is there any practise before the tour?
📍 Before you leave, our tour safety guide will give you instructions on how to drive safe and in the right way the quad. After this quick lesson , you will have to take a test drive, to make sure that you are capable to drive safe during the excursion.
Please, keep in mind that during the tour, you are responsible to drive safely and always follow the convoy. In case you leave the convoy or drive dangerously for the rest of the group and for yourself, our tour safety guide has the right to take you away from the excursion.
Is there any special dress code?
📍No there is no specific dress code for the tour. As a helpful note, keep in mind that in the quad safari is better to wear sneakers .
Boat Safari
Is the driving license required?
📍No, for the boat safari you don't need any license.
Is there any snack included in the price?
📍Yes, a snack and a bottle of water is included in the price.
Is there any captain on the boat?
📍There is the opportunity to have a captain or not on the boat.
If you choose to drive the boat by yourself, you will have to follow the tour safety guide and drive safely.
Is there any extra cost for the captain?
📍Yes, the availability of the captain is upon request and in order to book him there is an extra cost.
What is the maximum capacity of each boat?
📍The maximum capacity of each boat is maximum five people. In case, you choose the captain to drive the boat for you, the capacity is configured as follows, maximum four people plus the captain, so in total five people.
Is any snorkeling equipment provided?
📍On boat, there are a few items for snorkeling. However, every time we suggest bringing your equipment with you, for your own convenience.
